Hmm .. Now September, but I keep on body weight 80-90 kg. Though exercise and maintain the pattern of the meal was done it's still useless to reduce my weight. Is this due to my old disease? There are so many who want the ideal body weight (just like me).
I find additional solutions that i should eat the correct amount of good and at the right time. Reduce junk food, MSG, and greasy foods (particularly those used constantly). Avocado Fruit is a good one because it can suppress saturated fat from the body ( of course don't use extra sugar or cream ). Do not forget to do an activity that make you sweat. Sweat is one way to remove excess fat in the body.
Hopefully this can reduce the weight a few pounds ( Hope so Really XD )
