Tutorial to get .swf file from the Internet

First Open your Mozilla FireFox (Edition 3).  
Open the browser and try to pages that contain lots of files .Swf (Flash)

Open the Tools and select page info> Media
Find Address with the suffix extension .swf Save as file to the desired place
PS: The file must be completed downloaded (for easy grab)
