Caring your Health with a little exercise around you ( for College Student )

As usual our has a bad habit like hate to go outside, ordering food ( via SMS ), or be as NEET (not in education, employment, or training). Such activity can lower the body's health and even cause acute lazy.

To fix, try the following :
1. Try to buy food by walking (wrap or eating in there place)
2. Try to find a new place to eat (walking is better)
3. Drink water as often as possible (due to living in boarding houses must be doing a lot of sitting activities)
4. Refreshing to the mall every single week (no need to shop just to see it) this activity can strengthen the legs hahaha ...
5. Have room on the 3rd floor? Order a gallon water and have put in front of the gate to be carry self

At least from this, you can have a little exercise that good for your health
